Brow Lift
A brow lift not only lifts and shapes the brows, but as these examples show, it also smoothes the area between the brows by removing portions of the muscles that cause the vertical frown lines (arrows) in that region. This area is also the most common site for Botox treatment, an office procedure which can give the same effect.

This patient had an outer brow lift without any upper eyelid surgery. The procedure can be done under local anesthesia and requires only a short incision at the hairline and in the hair as shown in the two photos on the right at two months(marked by the arrows). She also had a short scar facelift which created a nice ovalization of the face on the frontal view.
