Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)
In a full brachioplasty, the loose skin is gathered up and removed leaving an incision on the inner aspect of the arm which fades with time. For many arms, liposuction alone (with essentially no scar) will suffice. At times, liposuction combined with a scar completely hidden in the armpit can make for a lot of improvement with very little incision.
